Renovation Of The Terraces And Facades Of The Southern And Western Wings (Secondary Extension), I.E. Replacement Of The Surface Along With The Implementation Of Thermal And Waterproof Insulation Of The Terrace Of The Southern Wing Of The Building, Repair Of The Rainwater Drainage System With The Implementation Of Sheet Metal Work, Repair Of The Crowning And Inter-Story Cornice And Renovation Of The Facade, Renovation Of Window And Door Joinery, Renovation Of Metal Balustrades Of The Terraces Of The Southern Wing And The Western Secondary Extension. The Contractor Must Ensure The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Within A Period Not Longer Than 90 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Period From May 4, 2026 To May 21, 2026 (I.E. 18 Days), When The Works Cannot Be Carried Out, Is Not Included In The Order Completion Date.
