The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Adaptation Of A Classroom In The School Complex. Jana Kasprowicz In Sztum For The Needs Of Establishing A Computer Laboratory The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Performance Of Construction, Installation And Assembly Works In Accordance With This Contract, The Provided Design Documentation And Swz Together With Annexes, 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 3) Organizing And Carrying Out Tests, Tests, Acceptances, Etc. Necessary For The Final Acceptance Of The Work. Preparation Of The Required Operating And Maintenance Instructions For The Installations And Devices Installed In The Facilities, Together With Training Of The Indicated Personnel The Ordering Party.5. The Works Performed Are To Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 418, 1080, 1535, 1847), The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021 Item 1213), And Other Applicable Legal Regulations Related To The Investment Being Implemented, As Well As In Accordance With Construction Standards And On The Terms Set Out In This Agreement.
