Tenders Are Invited For Service Regarding The Production Of Films And Information And Promotional Spots Presenting The Effects Of The Implementation Of European Funds In Mazovia

6.1 The Order Will Include The Preparation, Implementation And Production Of Information And Promotional Films Presenting The Role Of European Funds And Eu Values ​​In The Development Of Mazovia, Including Through Selected Projects Implemented From European Funds (Fe). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Must Produce: 1) Films And Spots, Including: A) Minimum 2, Maximum 3 Films - Film Duration Between 60 Seconds And 2.5 Minutes. The Ordering Party Decides On The Length Of The Film. The Films Are Intended To Present The Stories Of Beneficiaries And Projects Implemented With European Funds In An Interesting And Engaging Way; B) A Version With Sign Language Translation Is Required For The Films; C) 2 Spots - Duration 30-45 Seconds. These Are To Be Image Spots That, Through Dynamic And Attractive Editing, Will Show The Impact Of European Funds On The Development Of Mazovia And The Lives Of Its Inhabitants. Installation Of Spots In The Style Of A Music Video, There Should Be Various Locations In The Form Of Projects Implemented With European Funds; 2) For Each Of The Films And Spots, The Contractor Is Required To Prepare: A) Subtitles In Polish And English, Which Must Be Integrated With The Video And In Which A Font Readable For Visually Impaired People Is To Be Used, And Provide Them To The Ordering Party Additionally In The Srt Format; B) A Version With Audio Description; C) A Version Entirely In English - With Translations Graphics, Inscriptions, Logos;3) Materials From Film And Commercial Film Sets: A) Photographic Documentation Of A Minimum Of 10 Photos From Each Set, Showing Both The Project Co-Financed By The European Union And Work On The Set, These Cannot Be Screenshots From The Film; B) Material From Each Set In A Format Suitable For Posting On A Story Or A Reel On Social Networking Sites (Vertical), Lasting At Least 15 Seconds; C) Making Of The Entire Production Orders - Duration 1-4 Min;4) Service Of Editing And Editing An Existing Film Or Advertising Spot (Duration 30 S - 3 Min.), Including Rearranging The Video Material, Shortening The Duration, Adapting The Content In Accordance With The Arrangements With The Ordering Party And Preparing The Final Version Of The Spot In The Agreed Format, Possibly Adding Subtitles, Boards Or Graphic Elements. The Minimum Number Of Films Or Spots That The Contractor May Order To Be Re-Edited - 0, The Maximum Number Of Films Or Spots That The Contractor May Order To Be Re-Edited - 2;
