The Order Includes Comprehensive Production Of Programs/Television Broadcasts/Film Etudes Concerning The Districts Of Katowice Indicated Below And Their One-Time Broadcast On The Television Station In The Following Number:• Dąbrówka Mała - 3 Programs,• Załęże - 3 Programs,• Bogucice - 4 Programs,• Szopienice - 4 Programs,• Dąb + Wełnowiec-Józefowiec - A Total Of 4 Programs,• Śródmieście + Zawodzie - 4 Programs In Total;Conditions Of Implementation 1. Duration Of One Program: 15 Minutes (+/- 2 Minutes, Interruption Of The Program Is Not Allowed),2. Program Format: Incl. Conversation, Discussion, Interview, Reportage, Column, Survey, Etude: Fiction, Documentary, Reportage,3. The Selection Of Topics For Each Program And The Date Of Its Implementation/Recording Will Be The Subject Of Arrangements Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party In Writing (E-Mail). They May Include, Among Others: Culture, Art, History Of The District, Its Traditions, Social Customs And Local Products And Will Include, Among Others: Interviews With Residents, Entrepreneurs Running Businesses In The District, Representatives Of Non-Governmental Organizations, Artists And Cultural Animators,4. It Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party To Agree On The Participation Of The Social Side, Including The Characters Of The Programs And People Whose Statements Will Be Used In The Recordings.5. The Program Must Contain Subtitles.6. The Program Must Always Include Information Regarding Its Financing From European Funds. 7. The Service Will Include Comprehensive Production Of Television Programs/Film Etudes, Including The Creation Of Scripts, Pre-Production, Production, Journalistic And Technical Support, Graphic Design, Editing, Post-Production, Use Of Animation, Use Of Music, Obtaining The Necessary Licenses And Broadcasting Of Programs.8. In Order To Implement The Programs, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Contact The Interlocutors And Go To The Persons/Places Indicated By The Ordering Party For The Recording, Within The City Of Katowice, In The Case Of Recording The Program Outside The Studio.9. The Contractor Will Each Time Present To The Ordering Party (Send Electronically) An Outline Of The Program Scenario In Order To Obtain Approval.10. Before The Final Broadcast, The Contractor Will Electronically Provide The Ordering Party With The Edited Film Material He Has Produced For Approval.11. The Program Should Be Broadcast Between 15:00 And 20:00 On Weekdays And/Or Weekends.12. The Contractor Transfers To The Ordering Party The Proprietary Rights To Any Materials That May Be The Subject Of Copyright, Created In Connection With The Performance Of The Contract, Along With The Exclusive Right To Authorize The Exercise Of Dependent Copyright To These Materials.13. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Materials (Prepared Programs) On Cd, Dvd Or Electronically.
