Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Implementation Of Construction Works Included In Pinb Decision No. 16/2026

Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of Pinb Decision No. 16/2026 For The Property Located At Ul. Śląska 18A In Siemianowice Śląskie .2. The Construction Design, Detailed Design, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates And Stwior Must Be Complete And Include All Elements Necessary For The Above-Mentioned Implementation. Decisions And Contain Optimal And Necessary Solutions From The Point Of View Of The Purpose They Are Intended To Serve. 3. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Omissions In The Tender Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections, And In The Event Of Failure To Do So, The Resulting Consequences Will Be Borne Solely By The Contractor. The Data Specified In The Tender Documentation Will Be Considered Target Values, Changes In Which Are Permissible As Part Of The Arrangements With The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Allows Changes In Relation To The Presented Documentation Provided That The Ordering Party Accepts Alternative Solutions And The Contractor Obtains All Necessary Arrangements With The Interested Parties, All Provided That The Lump Sum Price Of The Contract Does Not Change.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Analyze The Solutions Presented In The Tender Documentation In Terms Of The Adopted Technical Solutions And System Optimization.6. In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Solutions And Data Presented By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Not Claim Any Rights To Additional Remuneration.7. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Timely Obtaining The Arrangements, Decisions, Resolutions And Opinions Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.8. The Contractor Provides A Warranty For The Subject Matter Of The Contract For The Period Until The Expiry Of The Warranty And Guarantee Rights Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Contractor Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Contract. The Warranty Period Begins On The Day Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract.9. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
