Tenders Are Invited For Specialized Training And Supervision Carried Out As Part Of The Family First Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare And Conduct Training For Representatives Of Entities Creating The Child, Family, Foster Care And Adoption Support System, As Well As Services Cooperating With And Co-Creating The Child And Family Support System, Performing Tasks In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship As Part Of The Family First Project Implemented By The Regional Center For Social Policy In Krakow. 2. The Service Includes Training For 18 Training Groups, For A Total Of 168 Hours. Didactic, Including: A) Seven One-Day Training Courses In The Stationary Formula, 8 Teaching Hours Each (On Working Days Between 8.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M., One Training Group Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 20 People), On The Following Topics: 1) Application Of The Motivational Dialogue Method In The Implementation Of Professional Tasks. 2) Depression And Other Mood Disorders In Children And Adolescents. 3) Help For Children With Fas (Fetal Alcohol Syndrome) / Fasd (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Syndrome) Fetal Alcohol Disorders).4) How To Protect Your Child Against Threats In The Cyber World? Working With A Student/Ward In The Field Of Cyber Prevention.5) How To Build Your Authority, How To Deal With Aggression Among Students.6) Self-Aggressive Behavior In Children And Adolescents.7) Psychopedagogy Of Trauma - Support Within The Competences Of A Psychologist And Educator.The Participants Of These Trainings Are The Staff Of District Family Support Centers, Care And Educational Facilities, Day Care Centers, Adoption Centers, Family Assistants, Family Foster Care.B) Three Two-Day Training In The Stationary Formula, 16 Teaching Hours Each (Conducted On Working Days Between 8.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M., One Training Group Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 20 People) On The Following Topics: 1) Early Childhood Trauma And Anxious Attachment Styles - Specialist Support For Children And Adolescents Staying Outside The Biological Family. 2) Positive Discipline. Assumptions And Practical Tips For Working With A Child.3) Tus - Social Skills Training - Basics Of How To Work With A Child With Difficulties In Relationships And Functioning In A Group.Participants Of These Trainings: Staff Of District Family Assistance Centers, Care And Educational Facilities, Day Support Centers, Adoption Centers, Family Assistants, Family Foster Care.C) Eight One-Day Training Courses In A Remote Format, 8 Teaching Hours Each (Implemented On Weekdays Between 8.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M., One Training Group Will Consist Of A Maximum Of 20 People), On The Following Topics: 1) How To Build Your Authority, How To Deal With The Aggression Of The Charges? 2) Educational Attitudes Of The Foster Family And Their Impact On The Development Of The Charges. 3) How To Protect The Child Against Threats In The Cyber World? Working With A Student/Ward In The Field Of Cyber Prevention?4) Application Of The Motivational Dialogue Method In The Implementation Of Professional Tasks5) Depression And Other Mood Disorders In Children And Adolescents.
