A Detailed Description Of Part I Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. By Providing The Ordering Party With The Completed Design Studies (Works), The Contractor Will Also Transfer To The Ordering Party, Without Additional Remuneration, The Economic Copyrights To These Works Resulting From The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24), And The Remuneration For The Transfer Of Copyrights Will Be Included In The Offer Price.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Norms, And With Respect For The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety.
