As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify Design Solutions, Control The Compliance Of The Pzt, Architectural And Construction Documentation, Technical And Executive Designs With The Functional And Utility Program And Applicable Regulations, Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Conduct Investor Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works, Among Others. Over: 1) Development Of Full-Discipline Pzt, Architectural, Construction, Technical And Executive Documentation Regarding The Modernization Of The Orlik Sports Complex At Al. Solidarności With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development As Well As Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Sports Complex Consisting Of: A) Renovation Of The Surface Of The Football Field With Dimensions Of Min. 30 M X 62 M With A Synthetic Grass Surface, Fenced Around The Perimeter With A Min. Height Fence. 4 M With Barrier Nets With A Height Of Min. 6 M Along The Shorter Sides Of The Pitch (Area Behind The Football Goals), B) Renovation Of The Surface Of A Multi-Purpose Pitch With Dimensions Of Min. 19 M X 32 M With A Polyurethane Surface, Enclosed Around The Perimeter With A 4 M High Fence, C) Renovation Of The Sanitary And Locker Room Facilities, Including A Warehouse For Household And Sports Equipment, Locker Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Utility Room Of The Facility, D) Existing Pitch Lighting And Necessary Lighting Of The Area Around The Pitches Made In Led Technology, E) Construction Of New Small Architecture Objects And Area Equipment, Including: Benches, Baskets, Bicycle Racks, F) Existing Technical Infrastructure Necessary To Implement The Investment.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part I Is Included In Annex No. 10 To Swz.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Over Which The Supervision Will Be Carried Out Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz.4. Other Requirements And Remarks. The Supervision Inspector Cannot Independently (Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party) Make Decisions That Have Financial Consequences For The Municipality Of Ostrów Wielkopolski.
