The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services To The Ordering Party In The Development Of Scripts, Production, Recording, Editing And Broadcasting Of Two Episodes Of A Television Program In A Time Interval Of Approximately 22 Minutes (Net) Each Episode, Constituting Television Programs Devoted To Human Nutrition And Being A Continuation Of The Food Matters Series.2. Food Matters Is A Series Of Television Programs Aimed At Developing And Deepening The Topic Of Human Nutrition, Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Research Network Of Universities Of Natural Sciences For The Development Of The Polish Dairy Sector - Research Project.3. Two Episodes Of The Television Program Will Be Broadcast On The Date Specified In § 2 Section 1 Of The Contract Template (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) On National Television, Publishing Popular Science Content With At Least 10 Million Recipients And Selected Parts Of The Content Of Broadcast Episodes, Constituting Their Summaries, On Related Online Platforms. National Television Publishing Popular Science Content Is Understood As A Nationwide Television Station That Regularly Broadcasts Educational, Scientific And Documentary Programs, Popularizing Knowledge In Various Fields, Such As Science, Technology, History And Nature, Reaching A Wide Group Of Recipients Throughout The Country.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Payment, Acceptance Of The Service And Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor - Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Template Contract/Drafted Contractual Provisions).
