A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 4. The Purchase Is Related To The Implementation By The Sławków Commune Of The Project Entitled: Cybersecure Local Government - Sławków Commune, Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Program, Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02 Cs.01-001/23. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Information Obligations Provided For In Art. 13 Or Art. 14 Gdpr Towards Natural Persons From Whom Personal Data Was Obtained Directly Or Indirectly In Order To Apply For A Public Procurement Contract In This Procedure.
