The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing With The Option To Purchase 1 Piece Of A Used Special Vehicle - A Basket Lift. The Subject Of The Order Is Free From Defects And Damage, The Year Of Production Is Not Older Than 2024.
