Tenders Are Invited For Providing Transport Services For Participants Of The Project Entitled We Are Integrating In The Gorzków Commune!

4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services For Participants Of Classes And Workshops Organized As Part Of The Project Entitled: We Are Integrating In The Gorzków Commune!, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Priority Viii Increasing Social Cohesion, Measure 8.9 Social Integration Of People Most In Need Of Support Under The European Funds For Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program, Agreement No. 80/Felu.08.09.-Iz.00-0015/24-00.4.2. Scope Of The Order: 1. Transport Includes Transport Of Adult Project Participants From Their Place Of Residence To The Place Of Classes And Their Return To Their Place Of Residence.2. Classes Will Be Conducted Mainly In: - The Village Community Center In Orchowiec, Orchowiec 160, 22-315 Gorzków, - The Building Of The Social And Cultural Center In Gorzków-Osada, Ul. Nadrzeczna 4, 22-315 Gorzków, - In The Case Of Exercise Classes - Outside Buildings In The Gorzków Commune, - Aqua Aerobics Classes - In The Swimming Pool In Krasnystaw, Zamość Or Lublin, Depending On The Availability Of The Facility.3. Transport Will Be Carried Out From Monday To Friday, In Accordance With The Class Schedule Established By The Ordering Party. In Justified And Exceptional Cases Resulting From The Organization Of Classes Or Project Implementation, Transport May Also Be Carried Out On Saturdays Or Sundays, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party.4. The Project Is Addressed To People At Risk Of Social Exclusion, Including People With Disabilities And People Who Have Difficulty Moving Due To Age Or Health Condition.4.3. Number Of Participants And Course Of Transport: 1. The Maximum Number Of Participants Using Transport Is 70 People, And The Actual Number May Change During The Project Implementation.2. Planned Daily Number Of Kilometers: Approx. 100 Km.3. Estimated Number Of Kilometers In 2026–2028: Approx. 60,000 Km (2026 – 21,000 Km, 2027 – 24,000 Km, 2028 – 15,000 Km).4. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of A Minimum Of 30,000 Km, Which Constitutes 50% Of The Planned Number Of Kilometers.5. A Change In The Number Of Participants Does Not Constitute A Significant Change To The Contract Or A Basis For Additional Remuneration. The Contractor Will Take These Changes Into Account When Planning The Reception Of Participants While Maintaining The Same Unit Prices.4.4. Vehicle Technical Requirements: 1. Vehicles Must Have From 9 To 22 Seats (Including The Driver), Ensure Safe Transportation Of All Participants And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Regarding The Transport Of Persons.2. Transport Must Be Carried Out In Technically Efficient Vehicles, Approved For Traffic, Equipped With Seat Belts And Functional Air Conditioning.3. In The Case Of Transporting People In Wheelchairs, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Vehicle Adapted To Their Transport.4. In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown, The Co
