The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Modernization Of The Slip And Deepening Of The Port, Together With The Preparation Of A Water-Legal Survey At The Training Base In Kal And Obtaining A Construction Permit (Kal 34, 11-600 Węgorzewo). 2. The Full Scope Of The Service Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Symbol According To The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 71322000-1 - Design Engineering Services In The Field Of Civil Engineering, 71320000-7 - Engineering Services In The Field Of Design. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Essential Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Recommends A Local Inspection Of The Facility. The Date Of The Inspection Should Be Agreed With A Representative Of The Investment And Renovation Department, Tel. 47 725 58 98. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 7. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor. 8. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known, According To Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 9. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Demonstrate That They Have People Capable Of Performing The Order And Having The Necessary Knowledge And Experience. For This Purpose, The Contractor Must Submit A Declaration, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 5 To The Swz, That The Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have The Required Authorizations In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law Act, And Current Industry Authorizations, Fully Enabling The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In The Field Of: Design Without Restrictions Or In Limited Scope In The Hydrotechnical Engineering Specialty. 10. The Ordering Party Requires Contractors To Demonstrate That They Employ At Least One Person Under An Employment Relationship In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Act, Which Will Participate In The Implementation Of The Task.
