The Client (Ag) Intends To Use This Service Description (Lb) To Commission The Operation, Adaptive Maintenance And Development Of The Software Systems For The Aggregation, Analysis And Presentation Of Usage Data Of Various Rbb Content And Distribution Channels. The Software Systems Are Described In More Detail In Section 1.2 And Are Referred To In This Service Description With The Collective Term Bi Systems (Business Itelligence). The Relevant Bi Systems Are Technically Supported By The Media Research Department. A Two-Year Contract Is Concluded Between The Client And The Contractor With The Option Of A Two-Time Extension Of One Year Each. The Maximum Contract Term Is 4 Years And The Minimum Term Is 2 Years.
