Is A Non-Profit Association For Independent Welfare That Pursues Charitable And Charitable Purposes Under The Umbrella Of Arbeiterwohlfahrt, A Recognized Umbrella Organization For Independent Welfare. It Is Intended To Build A Social Skills Center On A Plot Of Land In Nuremberg, Kornburg District On The Street “Am Bruckweg”, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Martin-Luther-King Primary School And An Adjacent Residential And New Development Area In A Quiet, Central Location In The North-East Of Kornburg. The Plan Is For A Modern, Multifunctional, Intergenerational Social Skills Center That Offers A Wide Range Of Services For Young And Old And The Respective Legal Requirements Are Fully Implemented. Components Of The Social Competence Center Are: A Day Care Facility (18 Places), A Fully Inpatient Care Facility (94 Places Divided Into 65 Places For General Care, Including 4 Places For Attached Short-Term Care, 2 Permanent Night Care Places And 27 Geriatric Psychiatric Protective Care Places) As Well As A Day Care Facility (Nursery With 12 Places, Kindergarten With 50 Places And Daycare With 75 Places). The Social Competence Center Is Intended To Be An Open House That Is Integrated Into The Neighborhood And The District And Offers A Variety Of Opportunities For Use And Encounters. All Areas Are Barrier-Free And Handicapped Accessible And Therefore Suitable For All Levels Of Mobility Restrictions. The Building Will Be Architecturally Cut In An H-Shape And Have 3 Floors, With The Day Care Facility Located On The Ground Floor And The Fully Inpatient Care Facility With Its 94 Places Divided Over The 3 Floors, Each Of Which Includes A Living Area And A Total Of 72 Single Rooms And 11 Double Rooms.
