Processing And Clearing Services – Supply, Management And Delivery Of Meal Vouchers. The Services Are The Subject Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement Concluded With A Maximum Annual Quantity Of 170,000 Restaurant Vouchers. This Framework Agreement Sets All The Conditions For Execution Of The Services And Is Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued. The Meal Vouchers Will Be Offered By The Service Provider In Two Types Of Format: - On Paper - In Dematerialized Form (Such As A Smart Card Or Other Dematerialized Solution Meeting The Definition Of Meal Vouchers According To The Regulations In Force And Allowing The Withdrawal Of The Sums Contained In The Associated Management Account). Any Offer Not Including These Two Formats Will Be Considered Irregular And Rejected. On The Date Of Launch Of The Call For Tenders: The Face Value Of Each Restaurant Voucher Is 9.87 Euro(S). The City Of Bastia Issues Approximately 141,450 Meal Vouchers Annually. These Values Are Not Contractual And May Change During Execution
