Provision Of Advisory And Consultancy Services To The Municipalitys Sports And Leisure Department In Compliance With Legal Requirements For Raising Resources, Especially Within The Scope Of The Sports Icms And The Sports Incentive Law, Comprising: A) Updating The Municipalitys Sports Policies And Management, Creating, Monitoring And Organizing Sports Incentive Projects; B) Guidance On The Activities Of The Sports Management Body And Municipal Sports Council, Following Current Legislation And Resolutions; C) Preparation, Together With The Sports Management Body And Council, Of The Annual Action Plan And Its Final Report To Be Followed And Registered At The End Of The Process. D) Monitoring The Planning Of All Sports Activities So That They Comply With Documentation Proving The Icms Esportivo; E) Carrying Out The Registration Of Documentation Relating To Management For Receiving The Sports Icms, Sports Incentive Law Projects. F) Monitoring And Guidance In The Management Of The Municipal Council For The Rights Of Children And Adolescents.
