Tenders are invited for Supply of Charging Stations Tender Conditions: Commercial proposals submitted by tender participants must remain valid without changes for at least 30 (thirty) days from the date of submission. Prices must be quoted in US dollars and under the delivery terms specified in the technical specification. Product requirements, delivery timelines, and payment terms are detailed in the technical specification. The deadline for submission of commercial proposals is no later than 05 March 2026 at 13:00 Kyiv time. The last day to submit questions regarding this tender, exclusively in electronic form and in accordance with tender procedures, is 03 March 2026 by 10:00 Kyiv time, to the email address: [email protected]. Responses to questions submitted by potential bidders and any clarifications will be sent to organizations that have confirmed receipt of this announcement by email. The main factors influencing the final decision on the tender winner are specified in Clause 7 of the technical specification. The tender winner will be selected at a meeting of the tender committee, which will take place within two working days after the submission deadline for commercial proposals and following their detailed technical, financial, and legal evaluation, but no later than 09 March 2026. Information about the winner will be published on the next working day after official approval by the tender committee. Proposals must be sent to the email address [email protected], in accordance with the requirements set out in Clause 8 of the Technical Specification. The International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to request additional materials or information from tender participants to confirm compliance of specific provisions of the proposals with the specification requirements and the legal status of the participant. The International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to accept or reject any commercial proposal in accordance with the documentation and its own Policies and Procedures, as well as to terminate the tender procedure and reject all commercial proposals at any time prior to contract signing, without incurring any liability to tender participants. The International Charitable Foundation Alliance for Public Health is obliged to inform participants of the reasons for rejection of all commercial proposals upon receipt of a written request from a tender participant.
