The Municipalitys Regular Working Hours Are 7:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M. No Separate Compensation Is Paid For Overtime. The Customer Reserves The Right To Reject All Offers Without A Separate Reason. The Customer Has The Right To Immediately Remove Machines And Vehicles From The Work Site That Violate The Requirements Of The Emission Regulations, If This Is Detected.
