The City Of Akaa (Hereafter The Customer) Is Requesting Your Offers For The Delivery And Installation Of A Camera Surveillance And Intrusion Detection System For The Customers Procurement Of The Kvr Contract-Type Construction Project Of The Toijala Elementary School. The Systems Cabling And Boxes Have Been Installed On The Site By The Kvr Contractor. The Building Site, Toijala Elementary School, Is Sized For 300 Students, From Preschool To 6Th Grade. The Goal Of The Facilities Is To Function In The Municipalitys Versatile Use, E.G. Evening And Weekend Use Is Wanted To Be Possible. The Size Of The Building Is Approximately 4306 Brm2. The Completion Of The Kvr Contract, I.E. Handover Of The Object To The Customer, Is In 09/2026 And School Operations In The Premises Will Begin In 1/2027. The Procurement Comprises Two Different Areas A - Camera Surveillance System And B - Burglary Detection System. The Procurement Must Include:- Installation Work With Equipment, Which Includes The Terminals And Related Installation Materials, Software And Licenses From Their Installation To Operating Condition And Maintenance And Updates During The Contract.- Planning, Specification, Programming, Installation, Integration, Commissioning, Testing, Training, Documentation, Etc. Work Necessary To Bring The System To Full Operating Condition. - 3 Years In Accordance With The Offer Of The Maintenance Contract. The Goal Of The Procurement Is A Modern, Flexibly Updated System, Which Enables Operational Changes And Contributes To The Safety Of The Users Of Toijala Elementary School In Daily Operations. Coordination Of The Customers Separate Procurements And Schedule: The System To Be Delivered Must Be Fully Used By The Customer To The Extent Mentioned In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices By August 31, 2026 At The Latest. The More Precise Installation Schedule Of The Customers Systems Is Agreed Upon In Cooperation With The Targets Kvr Contractor And The Customers System Supplier. System Installations Are Tied To The Kvr Contractors General Schedule And Must Be Coordinated With The Interior Manufacturing Phase And Tate Installations. The Kvr Contractor Is Responsible For Coordinating The Site Schedule And Ensuring That Appropriate Working Conditions Are Reserved On The Site For The Customers Separate Purchase. The Site Will Be Handed Over To The Customer P1 Cleaned, Which Must Be Taken Into Account When Performing System Installations At The Site. The Contract Complies With The General Contract Conditions Of Construction Contracts Yse 1998.
