The City Of Oulu Invites Service Providers To A Market Dialogue Regarding The Preparation Of The Project Plan For The Public Transport Corridor In The City Center. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The General Design Of The Public Transport Trunk Route, The Feasibility Study Of The Public Transport Tunnel, The Expandability Study Of The Parking Facilities And The Project Planning Of The Whole, Which Together Are Called The Plan. Three Alternative Route Options Are Produced As A Draft General Plan With Rough Cost Estimates, Which Can Be Used To Compare The Alternatives For Decision-Making. Based On The Alternative To Be Decided, A Feasible Bus Route Adapted To The Urban Environment Will Be Planned. The Plan Must Enable The Implementation Of A Tramway Or Superbus System In The Future. In The Case Of A Tram Or Superbus, The Review Is Limited To Space Reservations And Solutions That Do Not Prevent A Later Change, If The System Is Decided To Be Implemented In The Future.
