The District Of Sechelt Is Inviting Tenders For Phase 3 Remediation Of The Municipal Hall And Library, A Key Civic Facility That Supports Municipal Administration And Public Library Services. This Phase Of Work Forms Part Of A Broader, Multi-Phase Remediation Program Intended To Address Identified Building Deficiencies And To Ensure The Long-Term Performance, Safety, And Functionality Of The Facility. The Intent Of This Project Is To Undertake The Required Remediation Work In A Coordinated And Efficient Manner While Maintaining The Operational Needs Of The Municipal Hall And Library To The Greatest Extent Possible.
