Furniture & Equipment For The Peachland Childcare Centre Rfp . Through This Request For Proposals, The District Of Peachland Invites Proposals From Experienced Suppliers Of Furniture And Equipment For Child Care Facilities In Canada, For The Supply Of Such Items For The District’S New Peachland Child Care Centre Located At 5601 Wild Goose Street, Peachland, Bc, Which Is Due To Open In Late December 2026. Key Details Of This Rfp Are As Follows: The District Has Identified 68 Different Line Items Of Furniture And Equipment Required, Each Of Which Has An Approved Vendor And Model, Which Has Been Identified By The District And Its Architect And Operator As Meeting The Technical And Interior Design Requirements For The Facility. All Equipment Line Items Must Be Delivered To The District’S Child Care Centre In Peachland, Bc Within A Defined Delivery Window Of November 19Th2026 To December 16Th2026 (The “Delivery Window”). Delivery Cannot Be Before Or After This Delivery Window. Respondents May Propose Alternative Vendors And Models For Equipment Items, Via Submission Of A Question To This Rfp Prior To The Deadline For Questions, For The District To Consider Alternatives As ‘Approved Equivalents’. Approved Equivalents Will Be Determined At The District’S Sole Discretion Based On The Terms And Criteria Stated Herein. A Respondent To This Rfp May Submit A Proposal Based On Any One Or Multiple Equipment Line Items It Chooses. The Award Of Contracts From This Rfp Will Be Based On The Evaluation For Each Equipment Line Item Individually. The District Reserves The Right To Group Multiple Equipment Line Items In The Same Contract With One Supplier, Or Split Contracts Among Several Suppliers At Its Sole Option, And In Accordance With The Stated Evaluation Criteria Of This Rfp.
