Insurance Services - Provision Of Property And Building Insurance Services For The Municipality Of Burgas And Municipal Enterprises, Including Their Business Inventory - Insurance Protection Against Industrial Fire - With Basic, Extended And Additional Coverage. The Insurance Should Cover At Least The Following Insurance Risks: *Main Coverage – Fire, Incl. The Consequences Of Its Extinguishment, Lightning, Explosion, Collision Or Fall Of A Manned Aircraft Body, Its Parts Or Cargo; *Extended Coverage - Implosion; Storm, Hail, Torrential Rain, Flood, Snow, Ice, Weight From Natural Accumulation Of Snow And Ice, Wetting Of The Property As A Result Of Water Leakage From Tanks, Pipe Installations And Appliances Connected To Them; Hit By A Vehicle Or Animal Or An Accident With Loading And Unloading Machines During Loading And Unloading; Freezing, Landslide And/Or Collapse Of Earth Layers Or Damage Caused By Action Of Underground Water, Etc., Sea Waves * /When Applicable/; *Additional Coverage - Intentional Arson And/Or Explosion, Sudden Leakage Of Water From Sprinkler Installations, Glass Breakage, Advertising Inscriptions And Signs, Malicious Actions Of Third Parties Including Theft /Where Applicable/, Earthquake, Shock/Sound Wave, Necessary Expenses, Etc. The Object Of Insurance Is Buildings, Municipal Property, Equipment And Business Inventory (According To Appendix No. 1), Managed By The Municipality Of Burgas And Municipal Enterprises. The Insured Value Of The Assets Is At Their Book Value, According To The Attached Inventory. In Case Of Indisputable Insured Events And Particularly Large Damages, The Insurer Shall Provide An Inspection /Up To 3 Working Days From The Occurrence Of The Event/ And May Pay A Part Of The Compensation Due In Advance With A View To Faster Recovery Of The Damaged Property.
