The Rehabilitation Of The Street Is Necessary Considering The Fact That Several Requests Have Been Received From The Residents Who Pointed Out The Advanced State Of Degradation And The Lack Of Utilities On This Street. In Unfavorable Climatic Conditions, The Streets Proposed For Asphalting Are Difficult To Access Both For Road Traffic And For Pedestrian Traffic. Due To The Inconveniences Listed, Car And Pedestrian Traffic Is Carried Out In Inadequate Conditions From The Point Of View Of Safety And Comfort, The Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Road Being Necessary. The Object Of The Service Contract, To Be Assigned, Consists In: - The Elaboration Of The Technical-Economic Documentation (By Design Stages) Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of Government Decision No. 907/2016 Regarding The Elaboration Stages And The Content - Framework Of The Technical - Economic Documentation Related To The Investment Objectives/Projects Financed From Public Funds; - The Participation Of The Designer In The Approval Commissions From The Owners Of Utilities And Other Approvers, As Well As The Participation In The Meeting Of The Local Council For The Approval Of The Documentation And The Technical-Economic Indicators; - Revision And Completion Of The Documentation, If Necessary, Without Additional Costs, Depending On The Funding Source Or Other Requests Of The Beneficiary; - Providing Technical Assistance From The Designer Throughout The Execution Of The Works. The Estimated Total Value Of The Award Procedure Is 103,305.80 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Addressed By Economic Operators, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, According To Art. 161 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, In Conjunction With Art. 27 Paragraph (3) Of Hg 395/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Insofar As These Requests Will Be Addressed By The Deadline Of 17 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
