Gdańska 20 In Bydgoszcz. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The 2Xdn80 Foam Concrete Heating Network At Ul. March 19, 1981/Ul. Parkowa And 2Xdn80, 2Xdn50 At Ul. Gdańska 20 In Bydgoszcz. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparation Of A List/List Of Studies Included In The Set Of Submitted Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; Preparation Of A Construction Design In Accordance With The Local Spatial Development Plan And A Study Of Conditions And Directions Of Spatial Development (4 Copies In Paper Version, 1 Copy In Electronic Version), Along With All Arrangements And Permits (Including Acceptance Of The Proposed Network Route And Connections And Obtaining The Consent Of Land Owners For Temporary Occupation During The Implementation Of The Task, Zud Arrangements) Along With Obtaining A Valid Building Permit Or Confirmation Of Acceptance Of The Works Notification. In The Case Of Plots On Which The Network Is Designed And Plots To Which Entry Will Be Necessary For The Proper Conduct Of Construction Works, The Designer Is Obliged To Obtain A Declaration From The Owner Consenting To The Temporary Occupation Of The Land. Any One-Off Fee, Compensation, Etc. Will Be Estimated By The Ordering Party Based On The Graphic Material, Strip Width And Other Factors As Well As The Assumed Value Of 1 M2 Of Land. Regarding Financial And Material Obligations, Talks And Negotiations Will Be Conducted By A Representative Of Kpec Sp. Z O.
