The Purpose Of This Action Consists Of The Supply And Installation Of New Variable Message Panels For The Toll Lanes Of The Seitt M12, Seitt R2, Seitt R3, Seitt R5, Seitt Ap41, Seitt R4, Seitt Ap36 And Seitt Ap7 Cartagena-Vera Highways, Given That Those Currently Installed Are Completely Obsolete And Deteriorated Over Time. The Purpose Of These Panels Is To Inform The Toll User Of The Status Of Each Road (Open/Closed) And, If Open, To Offer Basic Information On The Accepted Payment Methods And Ways Of Opening The Road.
