Südwestrundfunk (Swr), As The Ard Public Broadcaster, Is Absolutely Dependent On A Functioning It Infrastructure In Order To Fulfill Its Tasks. In The Age Of Digital Communication, Central Elements Are Necessary For Efficient Process Control In Order To Be Able To Plan, Carry Out And Implement Processes Digitally Both Internally And Across Ard. Different Software Solutions For Holocratic Working Are Currently In Use At Südwestrundfunk And The State Broadcasting Companies Entitled To Purchase. As Part Of The Ard Structural Reform, A Holistic Solution Is To Be Established Across The Entire Ard. For This Purpose, An Appropriate Application Should Be Procured For Südwestrundfunk And Other Eligible State Broadcasters, Which Fulfills The Service Content Defined In These Tender Documents (Procedural And Contractual Documents). The Swr As The Client And The Broadcasters Entitled To Purchase Therefore Intended To Procure An Application For The Holocratic Working Method. The Software Solution Must Be Provided With Services Such As Monitoring And Troubleshooting, Data Backup And Recovery, Installation Of Software Updates. The Availability Of The Applications Must Be Guaranteed At All Times. The Client (Swr) / Beneficiary Places The Following Essential Requirements On The Application To Be Provided By The Contractor: - Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Basic Term Of 24 Months - Provision Of An Application For The Holocratic Working Method In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Service Description (See The Document Contract Documents And Appendix 13 - Service And Price Sheet). - Hosting Of The Application In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Service Description - Service And Support Services, E.G. Via Chat Optional Additional Services Are: - Extension Of The Framework Agreement By 12 To 36 Months - Extension Of The Framework Agreement By A Further 12 To A Total Of 48 Months - Migration Support When Migrating The Data And Content. - Introductory And Training Services • Administrator Training • User Training For Multipliers - Advance Payment Guarantee In Addition To The Swr As The Client, The Other Public Broadcasters Named Under The Procedural And Contractual Documents In Chapter 3.3.3 As Well As Their Subsidiaries And Affiliated Companies, As Well As Their Subsidiaries And Associated Companies, Are Involved As Beneficiaries In This Framework Agreement, In Addition To The Swr As The Client.
