Refuse Transport Services – Transport Of Residual Household Waste And Packaging. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Transport Of Residual Household Waste And Packaging. The Holder Must Carry Out The Following Services: - The Provision Of “Fma” Type Semi-Trailers (90M3) For Omrs, Including Tractor, - The Transport Of Household Waste From The Plouharnel Household Waste Incineration Plant To The Outlet(S) Designated By The Community, - The Provision Of Skips (35 M3 Minimum), Including Trucks, Or “Fma” Type Semi-Trailers (90M3), Including Tractor, For Packaging, - Transport Of Packaging From The Transfer Center Located On The Site Of The Plouharnel Household Waste Incineration Plant To The Lorient Agglomeration Sorting Center, Located Zi De Lann Sévelin – Kerpont In Caudan. The Contract Holder Must Integrate Into Its Service All Traceability Systems At Each Stage Of The Transport Process. Not Included In The Service: - Loading Of Household Waste Or Packaging On The Plouharnel Site Into The Contractors Trucks Or Skips, - Transport Of Sorting Refusals From The Lorient Agglomeration Sorting Center To The Treatment Sites Designated By The Community (Uve, Or Isdnd If Applicable). The Market Is Not Divided Into Sections. The Contract Is Considered, Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Articles R2162-2 Paragraph 2, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code, As A Single-Award Framework Agreement Executed By Means Of The Issuance Of Purchase Orders To The Holder, As Needs Arise. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 28 Months From Its Date Of Notification. The Framework Agreement Is Renewable Once For A Period Of 12 Months By Express Decision Of The Contracting Authority. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying The Prices In The Unit Price Schedule To The Quantities Actually Executed. As An Indication, Packaging Transport Services Will Start From September 1, 2026. The Forecast Quantities Of Packaging To Be Transported, Given In Estimated Quantitative Detail, A Document With No Contractual Value Used Solely For Judging Offers, For The Initial Period Of 28 Months Are Estimated At 13,200 Tonnes. The Forecast Quantities Of Residual Household Waste To Be Transported, Given In Detailed Quantitative Estimates, A Document With No Contractual Value Used Solely For Judging Offers, For The Initial Period Of 28 Months, Are Estimated At 14,700 Tonnes. The Benefits Are Likely To Vary, Over The Initial Period Of 28 Months, Within The Following Limits: Minimum Amount: No Minimum Amount, Maximum Amount: 700,000 Euros Excluding Tax.
