Isavia Ohf., Is Expanding And As A Part Of The Sln21 Expansion At Keflavík Airport, Isavia Is Preparing To Construct A Temporary Link To Maintain Vital Passenger Flow Between The North And South Terminals During The Initial Phase Of The Main Works. The Existing Corridor—Currently The Only Pedestrian Connection—Will Be Partially Demolished To Make Way For The New Sln21 Building, Which Will Enhance Gate Lounge Services, Expand Retail Areas, And Support Future Airport Growth. The Temporary Link Will Be Delivered As A Series Of Fully Finished Modular Steel‑Frame Housing Units The Buyer Estimates The Quantity To Be Around 100 To 110 Container Modules. Forming A Temporary Enclosed Connection Between The Existing South Building And The Operational Areas At Stands 1, 3, And 5. These Modules Will Be Fabricated, Transported, And Installed In Accordance With The Project’S Technical Specification, Including Prefabricated Concrete Foundations And All Required Structural Performance, Sealing Between Units, And The Interior And Exterior Finishes That Form Part Of The Module Fabrication Scope.
