Lift Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement For Maintaining The Lifts Of Zorgpunt Waasland. Zorgpunt Waasland Wishes To Appoint One (Or More) Service Provider(S) Who Will Be Responsible For The Maintenance, Breakdown And Repair Of The Elevators In The Buildings Of Zorgpunt Waasland. The Service Provider Will Have To Remove The Comments From The Inspection Reports And Will Have To Continuously Monitor The Lifts, Carry Out Repair And Replacement Work, Disrupt Lifts And Free People. The Lifts Must Not Pose Any Danger To The Safety Of Users. Zorgpunt Waasland Currently Has 63 Lifts. This Number May Increase Or Decrease In The Coming Years Due To Policy Choices.
