Refuse And Waste Related Services – Providing Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services From Owners Of Residential Properties Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, From The Sułoszowa Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Administrative Area Of The Sułoszowa Commune From July 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, Regardless Of Their Quantity, In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of: The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions And In A Manner Consistent With Other Relevant Regulations - In The Version Valid As Of The Date Of Order Execution. The Scope Of The Order Will Be Implemented In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of: An Appropriate Level Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And A Reduction In The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred To Landfill As Part Of The Task. In Particular, It Is Expected That: 1) The Contractors Offer Will Include Waste Collection From Places With Difficult Access To Containers. The Ordering Party Prefers That Before Submitting An Offer In This Procedure, The Contractor Familiarizes Itself With The Urban Layout Of The Sułoszowa Commune And The Waste Collection Points Under This Order (Carrying Out The So-Called Site Visit). The Contractor Should Include The Above-Mentioned Difficulties In The Offer Price. Any Underestimation Of The Offer Due To Difficulties Occurring During The Implementation Of The Agreement Will Be Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Read The Documentation And The Topography Of The Area (Especially Regarding Difficulties In Collecting Municipal Waste) And Sign An Appropriate Declaration Attached To The Price Offer. Estimated Number Of Difficulties: 220 Municipal Waste Collection Points. 2) The Contractors Offer Will Include The Collection And Management Of Waste Collected In Bins At Mass Transport Stops - 30 Bus Shelters, As Well As Within The Shelter At A Distance Of Up To 5 M. 3) The Contractor Will Include In Its Offer The Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) At A Distance Of Up To 20 Km From Its Borders. 4) The Contractor, On The Basis Of The List Of Properties From Which It Will Collect Waste Provided By The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The List), Is Obliged To Equip These Properties With Containers For Collecting Mixed Waste And Bags For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste, Free Of Charge And At Its Own Expense. The Contractor Collects The Containers After Completion Of The Agreement. The Estimated Amount Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected From Property Owners During The Service Implementation Period Is 1,457 [Mg]. 1) Sułoszowa Is A Rural Commune Covering 5 Villages: Sułoszowa I, Sułoszowa Ii, Sułoszowa Iii, Wielmoza And Wola Kalinowska, With A Total Area Of ​​53 Km2. 2) Number Of Residents Of The Commune Registered For Permanent Residence As Of December 31, 2025 - 5,575. 3) Number Of Residents Indicated In The Declarations On The Amount Of The Guest Fee
