The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of Software Functionality For The Digitization Of Medical Paper Documentation As Part Of The Expansion Of The His System Implemented As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan: Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Subject Of This Order Is The Expansion Of The His Cgm Clininet System Owned By The Ordering Party With Software Functionality For The Digitization Of Medical Paper Documentation, Therefore The Above-Mentioned Functionalities Offered By The Contractors Must Be Compatible And Have Full Technical Compatibility And Legal Possibility Of Their Implementation In The System Owned By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Expansion In Question. 3. The Software Functionalities Offered By The Contractor As Part Of The Expansion Of The His System (Owned By The Ordering Party) Should Support: 1) Information And Communication Accessibility, 2) Availability Of Services And Products, 3) Clear Signage, Color Contrasts. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Is Indivisible. Due To The Need To Ensure Technical Compatibility, System Coherence, Uniform Standard And Ensuring Uniform Configuration While Maintaining Safety Standards, The Ordering Party, Due To The Above Reasons, Plans To Purchase Software Functionalities For The Digitization Of Medical Paper Documentation As Part Of The Expansion Of The His System Without Dividing The Product Range Into Parts. The Specified Subject Of The Order Should Be Functionally And Technically Consistent. The Kpo Support Agreement Provides For The Purchase Of Software Functionality For The Digitization Of Medical Paper Documentation As Part Of The Expansion Of The His System In The Form Of One Cost Category That Is Not Separated Into Parts, Which Is Another Reason Justifying The Lack Of Division Into Parts Of The Proceedings In Question. 5. As Part Of The Lump Sum Remuneration For The Subject Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Grant The Ordering Party An Indefinite And Territorially And Numerically Unlimited License To Use The Delivered And Implemented Subject Of The Order; 2) Service Support And Updates Of The Delivered And Implemented Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party Confirming The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. As Part Of The Lump-Sum Remuneration For The Subject Of This Order, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee (Hereinafter: Guarantee) For The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Its Proper Performance. 7.
