The Subject Of This Order Is The Purchase Of A System For Presenting Medical Data Of Hospitalized Patients, Integrated With The Hospital It System (His), Together With A Module For Early Response Teams (Zwr), An Electronic Signature System And Interactive Digital Information Boards For Medical Staff For The Provincial Multi-Specialized Center For Oncology And Traumatology. M. Copernicus University In Łódź. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Has Been Described In Detail In The Attachment To This Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Warranty Conditions - Annex No. 2 And The Contract Template - Annex No. 6. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Document, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To Contractors Inquiries. 4. The Delivery In Question Is Financed As Part Of The Project Entitled: Development Of Digital Services In The Nicolaus Copernicus Provincial Multi-Specialized Oncology And Traumatology Center In Łódź. 5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure In A Situation Where It Has Not Obtained The Necessary Funds For The Planned Project. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.
