This Contract Aims To Conclude, Following A Two-Phase Procedure, A Public Contract With A Single Successful Bidder Specialized In: • The Development Of Development Concepts And Office Space Layout Plans; • The Development Of Execution Plans And A Corresponding Execution Budget; • Full Execution And Coordination Of The Fit-Out Works, Including Monitoring Of The Office Fit-Out Site And Wider Structural And Engineering Works Impacting The Fit-Out. This Includes Monitoring Of Work On Site, Coordination With Other Parties Involved And Quality Control, Planning And Budget Monitoring Throughout The Process; • The Development And Execution Of The Change Management Plan, Including The Transformation Of The Work Environment And Helping Individuals And Teams Successfully Transition To Their New Work Environment Through A Participatory Approach; • Planning, Coordination And Effective Execution Of The Move To The New Offices.
