Request for Information for Data & AI Managed Service Bidding Opens on: 12 March 2026 Due on: 25 March 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority (AHA) invites qualified and experienced bidders to submit sealed technical and commercial proposals for the provision of Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Managed Services. AHA is undertaking a strategic initiative to establish and operate an enterprise-grade data and AI ecosystem that enables data-driven decision-making, advanced analytics, machine learning, and responsible AI adoption across the Authority. The objective of this initiative is to ensure that AHAs data assets are reliable, secure, governed, and operationally sustainable, while enabling the Authority to leverage data and artificial intelligence to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and strategic insight generation. Through this RFI, AHA seeks to appoint a Managed Service Provider (MSP) capable of delivering end-to-end operational services for the Authoritys data and AI platforms, including platform operations, data pipeline management, AI model lifecycle management, governance enablement, monitoring, security operations, and continuous service improvement. The MSP will operate the environment using a structured service delivery model aligned with enterprise IT service management practices, supported by automation, proactive monitoring, defined service levels, and continuous optimization.
