WORKS i. Construction of cover drainage and interlocking at Kareem Street Shibiiri, Oto-Awori in Ojo LGA. B. GOODS i. Provision of fabricated classroom furniture (Chairs & Tables) for Ilemba Primary School in Oto-Awori LCDA. ii. Procurement of Official Vehicles. REQUIREMENTS Cover letter duly signed by the Companys Authorized Signatories Company Profile Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Companys Audited Accounts for three (3) years 2025, 2024, 2023 Companys Tax Clearance for three (3) years 2025, 2024, 2023 Evidence of Financial Capability (Reference letter from reputable bank willing to provide line of credit for project execution, if required) Evidence of Technical Capacity (List of Company Equipment) Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency Evidence of Registration with the Local Government as a contractor depending on category Possession of experience as a Prime Contractor/Supplier in at least Two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity supported with verifiable letters of Contract Award and Certificate of Job Completion within last three (3) years. NOTE: i. Oto-Awori Local Council Development Area will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by any interested party (ies) in connection with responses to this invitation. ii. The Local Council has the right to verify claims made in Tender documents submitted by the applicants. iii. Submission should be very clear about the area(s) of competence. iv. Submission must be in English Language only in three (3) copies (One original and Two copies) sealed in an envelope clearly marked Submission of Tender Documents for Goods and Works (whichever is applicable).
