Expression of Interest for Procurement of Psychotropic Medicines and Pep Date Added: March 11, 2026 Deadline: 15/03/2026 Category: Medical Supply, Medical, Health & Laboratory REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF PSYCHOTROPIC MEDICINES AND PEP HIKIMA COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION AND DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (HCOMDI) is a women-led NGO established in 2006 under Nigerian law (CAC/IT/NO 52205). We promote access to quality education, health services, and good governance to improve community well-being. Currently, HCOMDI is implementing a BMZ-funded project in partnership with CBM titled Strengthening the Resilience of IDPs and Host Communities in Northwest Nigeria (Kebbi, Sokoto, Katsina). The project focuses on food security, WASH services, and psychosocial support for vulnerable groups, especially women, girls, and persons with disabilities. As part of this initiative, HCOMDI is responsible for procuring and supplying psychotropic medicines and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) to PHCs across four LGAs in Sokoto State (Wamakko, Sokoto North, Kware, Gwadabawa), in line with national regulations and organizational standards. We invite eligible companies to express interest in providing psychotropics and related equipment to primary health care facilities in Sokoto State. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA 1. You/Your firm need to meet the following requirements to be eligible, providing a copy of the requirements is also an added advantage: i. Registration with Cooperate Affairs Commission or /State/LGA MDA responsible for registering business organizations. ii. Copy of certificate as satisfied pharmacist. iii. 3 Years Tax Clearance with Copy of Remita iv. Copy of previous Job Completion Certificate and Tract of record in similar work. v. Identifiable business premises vi. Registration with FIRS with TIN number 2. You may also include brochures/pictures/samples of similar jobs done 3.
