Salonkartano Service Centre, Koulutie 7, Oulunsalo, The Interior Of The Service Center Is Being Renovated. In Connection With The Renovation, The Lvias Systems Are Renewed. There Is A Total Of One Building At The Site. The Service Center Has A Distribution Kitchen, Common Areas, 38 Apartments And, In Addition, The Staffs Work, Social And Break Spaces And Technical Spaces. The Building Has A Total Floor Area Of Approx. 3104 M2, Of Which The Share Of Apartments In Total Approx. 964 M2. The Building Is Partially 2-Storey, But The Main Part Of The Premises Is On One Floor. The Building Was Built In Three Stages In 1995, 1997 And 2001. The Sites Fire Alarm System And Lighting Are Being Renovated. Space Changes Will Also Be Made At The Site, And The Necessary Electrical Changes Will Be Implemented In The Electrical Contract.
