The Contracting Authority Would Like To Use This Procurement To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Tenderer Per Part. The Difference Between The Parts Is Only The Geographical Area That The Contract Applies To And That Sand Is Only Included In Part 1. The Aim Of The Contract Is To Cover The Contracting Authority ́S Need For Crushed Stone, Gravel And Rock Masses In Accordance With The Requirement Specification. It Is A Prerequisite That The Tenderer Has Sufficient Capacity To Cover The Customer ́S Needs At All Times, In A Satisfactory Manner. Tenderers Shall Always Have A Sufficient Storage Level With Crushed Stone, Gravel And Rock Masses To Handle This Contract. This Means That The Tenderer Shall Not Run Out Of Contract Products At The Tenderer ́S Storage/Sales Place During The Contract Period. The Range Of Use Of The Contract Products Is Broad; Roads, Ditches, Re-Filling Masses Etc. There Will Be Information On Retrieval When The Need Arises. The Types/Fractions That Tenders Shall Be Submitted For Are Stated In The Price Form.
