Archive Services – Dusting Of Archive Documents, Their Packaging And Their Shelves. The Award Procedure Used Is An Open Call For Tenders, Subject To The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° And R. 2161-2 To R. 2161-5 Of The Public Procurement Code. There Is No Provision For Breakdown Into Lots Since The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services: The Services Constitute A Homogeneous And Interdependent Whole. The Dusting Of Documents Must Be Combined With The Dusting Of The Shelves. Thus, The Progress Of The Execution Of Services And The Verification Of The Proper Storage Of Documents In The Store After Dusting Must Be Imperatively And Very Closely Coordinated, And Can Only Be Entrusted To A Single Service Provider For All Of The Services. This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement With No Minimum Threshold And A Maximum Threshold Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 12 Months From 01/08/2026 Or Its Notification Date If Later. It Can Then Be Renewed 3 Times, Under The Conditions Described Below. The Services Will Be Regulated By Unit Prices
