About The Rcc Approach By Using The Rcc Methodology, The Municipality Of Breda Aims To Enter Into A Sustainable Collaboration With A Partner That Makes A Maximum Contribution To The Ambitions Of The Municipality And To Broader Social Tasks. This Tender Is Awarded On The Basis Of A Program Of Ambitions And The Vision, Approach And Skills Formulated By The Tenderers. The Selected Partner Concludes A So-Called Rcc Commitment Contract With The Municipality Of Breda.
