The Municipality Of Pukkila Requests Your Binding Offer For Handling The Business And Service Transport Specified In The Request For Tenders (+Appendices 1, 2 And 3). Contract Period 1 August 2026 – 31 July 2027 And In Addition Possible Option Periods 2+1. The Offer Must State The Price At Which The Offeror Undertakes To Handle The Traffic For The Entire Contract Period. The Price Can Be Checked According To The Taxi Traffic Cost Index Before Implementing Each Possible Option. The Tender Applies To The Entire Service, I.E. Managing Business And Service Transport Based On A Public Transport Or Taxi Permit, Route Planning, Maintenance Of The Tracking Form, Self-Paying Financing In Accordance With The Agreement (Box Office Receipts Are Deducted From The Traffic Compensation) And Invoicing According To The Agreement. The Schedule Applies To A Route Whose Starting And/Or Ending Point Is The Customers Home Yard Or The Onni Wellness Centre. There Is No Fixed Route, But Business Transport Is Handled On An Order Basis. Prices Without Value Added Tax Are Taken Into Account In The Comparison. Destination 1: Tuesday At 8:30 A.M.–2:30 P.M., Estimated Mileage 120–170 Kmthursday 8:30 A.M.–3:00 P.M., Estimated Mileage 120–170 Km If A Holiday Falls On A Driving Day, The Drive Can Be Moved By Mutual Agreement Without Changing The Price. Additional Kilometers That Exceed The Estimate Will Be Billed In Accordance With The Agreement, And Kilometers Below The Estimate Will Be Credited On The Invoice. Destination 2: Wednesday From 9 Am To 1 Pm, On Even Weeks, Drive Pukkila-Mäntsälä-Pukkila, Estimated Mileage 80–120 Km. If A Holiday Falls On The Driving Day, The Driving Can Be Moved By Mutual Agreement Without A Change In The Price. Additional Kilometers That Exceed The Estimate Will Be Billed In Accordance With The Agreement, And Kilometers Below The Estimate Will Be Credited On The Invoice. Item 3: Additional Kilometers Of Items 1 And 2 E/Km. Rides Are Run Only If Necessary. Any Reimbursement Kilometers Are Also Calculated Using This Price. Additional Driving Is Always Agreed Separately With The Buyer. Item 4: Price Of Additional Driving/ 30 Minutes.
