Wide Area Network Services – Providing Wide Area Network Operator Services Sd-Wan-Pp For Poczta Polska S.A.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of An Ict Solution In The Service Model And The Provision Of Sd-Wan-Pp Wide Network Operator Services For Poczta Polska S.A. 2. The Subject Of The Agreement Includes Implementation Work, Delivery Of The Necessary Devices And Software Indicated In The Opz, Provision Of Services And Preparation Of The Documentation And Transfer Of Copyrights To The Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annexes No. 3 And 3A To The Swz And In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Pzp Provides For The Application Of The Option Right In The Following Scope: 1) New Locations Option, Under Which The Ordering Party Has The Right To Order The Provision Of Services In Any Number Of New Locations And The Related Installation Of Lines, In The Category From T0 To T7, Or, 2) Line Transfer Option For Locations Where Connections Of The T1-T7 Category Have Been Implemented, Or, 3) Category Change Option, Under Which The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request, Throughout The Period Of Provision Of Services, From The Contractor To Change The Category Of T0-T7 Connections - In Existing Locations Where Services Are Provided - To A Higher Or Lower One, Up Or Down One Category At A Time, But In An Amount Not Exceeding 20% Of The Locations Indicated In The List Of Locations 5. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Taking Into Account The Principles Described In §8 Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 6. Detailed Rules And Scope Of Contract Performance Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
