The Scope Of The Order Includes The Replacement Of The Existing Heat Source With A System Based On Ground Heat Pumps And The Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation Installation With Heat Recovery, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Heating Station And Associated Works. The Works Include The Dismantling Of The Connection To The Heating Network, The Liquidation Of The Existing Heat Source And The Dismantling Of The Central Heating Installation Along With Radiators, Pipelines And Pumps. The Scope Also Includes The Removal Of Existing Devices In The Heating Substation Room. The New Heat Source Will Be Three Ground Heat Pumps With A Capacity Of Min. 35 Kw Each, Supported By An Air Heat Pump With A Power Of Min. 12 Kw And A 30 Kw Gas Boiler As A Backup Source. The Installation Should Include A Heat Buffer With A Capacity Of Min. 1500 Dm³. The Scope Includes The Construction Of A Complete Central Heating Installation With Radiators, Pipelines, Fittings, Automation And The Necessary Electrical Connections. To Power The Ground Heat Pumps, A Lower Source Should Be Made In The Form Of 23 Vertical Wells With A Depth Of 99 M Each, A Collecting Well With Distributors And Pipelines Leading To The Heat Pump Room. Geological Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Approved Geological Works Plan And Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Person. The Scope Also Includes The Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation System With Heat Recovery, Ensuring The Required Amount Of Fresh Air In The Rooms. The Installation Will Replace Gravity Ventilation To The Extent Covered By The Documentation. As Part Of The Accompanying Works, A Hardened Base For The External Unit Of The Heat Pump Should Be Constructed Along With A Fence. After Completion Of The Works, The Interior Finish And Façade Should Be Restored In The Place Where The Air Intake And Exhaust Outlets Were Made. Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out In The Heating Substation Room, Including Preparing And Painting The Walls, Covering The Casing With Fire-Retardant Boards, Ensuring The Fire Resistance Of The Partitions Ei 60 And Replacing The Doors With Doors With A Resistance Of At Least Ei 30. The Works May Be Carried Out At Hours Specified By The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Operation Of The Facility And The Need To Cooperate With The Contractor Implementing The First Stage Of The Investment Until June 4, 2026.
