The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Under The Project Titled: Renovation, Reconstruction And Extension Of An Existing Farm Building With A Change Of Use To A Civil Protection And Civil Defense Warehouse With A Crisis Management Center In Wybrzeże, On Plot No. 172/100 Rev. 0016 Wybrzeże, Dubiecko Commune - Stage Ii.2. The Order Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Attached Design Documentation, Which Covers A Wider Scope Of Work On The Facility, But Currently Only Part Of The Work Will Be Carried Out, Which Includes: 2.1. Demolition Works - Demolition Of Parts Of The Building;2.2. Construction Of Foundations And Basements;2.3. Construction Of The Ground Floor - Structure;2.4. Attic Construction - Structure;2.5. Roof Structure And Covering.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 3.1. Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) (Appendix No. 1 To Swz);3.2. Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) (Annex No. 7 To The Swz).
