As Part Of The Proceedings In Question, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The War Headquarters (Wielkopolska Insurgents), Consisting Of Demolition Works, Construction Of A New Fence And Inscriptions, Construction Of New Surfaces, Construction Of New Tombstones, Renovation Of The Main Monument, Performance Of New Sheet Metal Work, And Construction Of New Plaques With Inscriptions.2. Place Of Work: Ostrów Wielkopolski, Ul. Bolesława Limanowskiego, Parish Cemetery, Plot No. 2, District 0030.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Following Documents:1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 9,2) Design Of The Modernization Of The War Headquarters - Annex No. 10,3) Detailed Technical Specifications - Annex No. 11,4) Inscriptions On Monuments - Annex No. 12,5) Artistic Concept Of The Development Of The Quarters - Annex No. 13,6) Bill Of Quantities.Pdf - Annex No. 14.7) Bill Of Quantities.Ath - Annex No. 15. Attention! The Bill Of Quantities Is For Auxiliary Purposes Only. Bearing In Mind That In This Procedure A Lump Sum Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Adopted, The Contractor Will Prepare An Offer Only On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Modernization Project Of The War Headquarters, Detailed Technical Specifications, Inscriptions On Monuments And Concepts - Constituting Annexes To The Swz.4. Other Requirements And Comments.4.1. During The Period Of Carrying Out The Works, The Contractor Will Be Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00.4.2. The Contractor Will Be Liable For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Under Warranty For A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4.3. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Contract For A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.4.4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Possible Subcontractor To, On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Referred To In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code, Persons Were Employed Performing Construction, Demolition, Masonry, Paving, Assembly, Finishing And Stonework Works.4.5. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed. The Scope Of The Order Includes General Construction Works. Taking Into Account The Actual Scope Of Works, Dividing The Order Into Orders For Specific Industries Is Unjustified And Would Cause Complications At The Implementation Stage, And In Some Cases Would Make It Impossible To Perform The Task In Question. Therefore, From An Engineering Point Of View, It Is Not Possible To Divide The Order Into Separate Stages So As Not To Cause Complications. Moreover, The Subject Of The Contract May Be Performed Entirely By Smes.
