The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Courtyard Square Within The Walls Of The Former Jesuit College And The Archbishops Palace / Currently The District Office In Kalisz, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Kept By The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, On The Basis Of Which It Will Be Possible To Implement The Investment Both In Formal And Legal Terms. Technical And Execution Of Works In Accordance With This Design Documentation.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With Obtaining A Building Permit For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Along With All Other Required Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits For The Implementation Of The Investment (Including The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments) And The Reconstruction Of The Courtyard Square.3. The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Our Heritage - From The Jesuits To St. Joseph, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027 Program.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Functional And Utility Program - Task No. 2) And Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Important Provisions Of The Contract). In The Event Of Discrepancies In The Provisions Of The Above Documents, The Provisions Indicated In The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement Shall Prevail.5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit: A) Preparation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Detailed Schedule For The Execution Of Design And Construction Works, B) Preliminary Design, Which Must Be Submitted To The Ordering Party For Approval Within 30 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract - The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Accept It Or Report Any Comments Within 7 Days From The Submission Of The Document, C) Obtain Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation (The Geodetic Base Necessary For The Development Is Provided By The Contractor), D) Obtaining On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits, Approvals And Decisions For The Implementation Of The Investment, E) Ongoing Coordination And Cooperation With The Ordering Party During The Development Of The Design Documentation In Question, F) Preparation Of Complete Technical Documentation For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including, Among Others: The Construction Design Referred To In Article 34 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994.
