The Subject Of The Order Includes An Investment Task Including Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Municipal Public Library, In Particular In The Following Scope: 1) Demolition Of Walls And Ceilings, 2) Demolition Of Existing Stairs And Construction Of A New Staircase, 3) Construction Of An Elevator Shaft And Installation Of An Elevator, 4) Construction Of New Walls And Ceilings, 5) Internal Finishing Works, 6) Thermal Modernization Of External Partitions Of The Facade And Roof, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, 7) Replacement Of The Heat Source From The Boiler To Solid Fuel For A Heat Pump With An Underfloor Heating Installation,8) Replacement Of The Lighting Installation, Lightning Protection System,9) Installation Of Other Internal Installations,10) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With An Energy Storage Facility,11) Execution Of Works Outside The Building In The Scope Of: A) Demolition Of Stairs And Landing, B) Dismantling Of The Surface And Construction Of A Biologically Active Surface, C) Replacement Of The Surface Next To The Building, D) Installation Of Benches And Bicycle Racks. Technical Data Of The Building: Building It Is Two-Story, With A Basement. The Height Of The Building Is 11.42 M. This Qualifies The Facility To The Group Of Low-Rise Buildings (N). Building Parameters: Building Area 180.36 M2, Gross Volume 1764.95 M3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Implementation Of The Contract Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Dnsh Principle Of Waste Management In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy In Order To Maximize The Rate (By Weight) Of Construction Waste And Non-Hazardous Demolition Materials (Excluding Naturally Occurring Materials Referred To In Category 17 05 04 In The European List Of Waste Established By Commission Decision 2000/532/Ec Of 3 May 2000 Replacing Decision 94/3/Ec Establishing The List Of Wastes Pursuant To Article 1(A) Of Council Directive 75/442/Eec On Waste And Council Decision 94/904/Ec Establishing The List Hazardous Waste In Accordance With Art. 1 Section 4 Of Council Directive 91/689/Eec On Hazardous Waste [Journal Device Ue L Of 2000, No. 226, Page 3, As Amended. Amended) Generated On The Construction Site, Possible For Reuse, Recycling And Other Recovery Of Materials, Taking Into Account Local Possibilities In This Respect As Well As The Type And Nature Of The Works Carried Out And Waste Generated During Them. When Executing The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Perform The Works Using Only Equipment That Will Not Adversely Affect The Quality Of The Works Performed. Equipment Owned By The Contractor Or Rented To Perform The Works Must Be Kept In Good Technical Condition And Ready For Operation And Must Have Low Energy Consumption.2) Use Construction Equipment That Has Undergone The Necessary Technical Tests And Be Powered/Charged From Renewable Energy Sources.
