The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In The Town Of Feliksów, Plot No. 15/15, 15/9 In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Swz And In The Offer Submitted During The Procedure. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road, Class D, In The Town Of Feliksów, Located On Plots 14/3, 15/15, 15/9, 15/5, 15/23. The Road Will Be Connected To The Municipal Road 380727W - Plot 87. The Development Boundary Is From Km 0+000 To Km 0+549.20.3. The Scope Of Works For The Entire Construction Project Includes: 1) Reconstruction Of The Road Surface Structure; 2) Reconstruction And Height Regulation Of Exits; 3) Construction Of Exits; 4) Construction Of Roadsides; 5) Construction And Shaping Of Green Areas. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Technology For Carrying Out The Works Are Specified In The Road Reconstruction Project And Detailed Technical Specifications Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Offer Should Be Prepared Based On The Above-Mentioned Documents. Note: The Attached Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation And Should Be Treated Only As Auxiliary Materials. The Scope And Number Of Units Are Determined By The Contractor Independently Based On The Analysis Of The Design Documentation. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Above. Documents, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Polish Standards. The Subject Of This Contract Does Not Apply To Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Paving Stones. Bet. 8 Cm Thick And Exits Made Of Paving Stones. Bet. 8Cm Thick And Related Elements, I.E. Concrete Stops 12X25, Lowered, Concrete Edges 8X30cm And Concrete Curbs 15X30cm. Implementation Will Take Place In A Separate 2Nd Stage. Therefore, The Above-Mentioned Should Not Be Scope To Be Taken Into Account When Calculating The Offer Price.
